to be perfectly honest your new character it just looks like recolor of Mi-Mi, everything just looks too similar unless your going for like a sister character or something like that but still.
its like if you created sonic the hedgehog then put green paint on him and called him a new character.
its not that its bad or anything it just looks way too similar to be a new character maybe try messing with the body proportions or give it a different hair style or something to differentiate it from your Mi-Mi character.
